Madonna stays in before MSG concerts, dancers and crew go out

Madonna opted for beauty rest Sunday after rehearsing for her MSG gigs this week, but her dancers didnt. The Material Girls crew descended upon James Hotel club Jimmy, spies say, to celebrate the birthday of Nicole Winhoffer, Madonnas personal trainer, with whom Madge made the Addicted to Sweat DVDs. Also celebrating were fotog Steven Klein and DJ Samantha Ronson, spies say. Meanwhile, Madonnas guitarist Monte Pittman was spotted dining at Antica Pesa in Williamsburg.
