Madonna makes Rocco get dunked on Ellen DeGeneres Show
Madonna chose to put her son Rocco in a dunk tank for charity on the Ellen DeGeneres show, raising $10,000 for breast cancer awareness.
Madonna let her son be dunked in water on TV.
The 'Turn Up The Radio' hitmaker appeared on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' to raise awareness of cancer with her son Rocco - whose dad is her ex-husband Guy Ritchie - but the 12-year-old boy didn't know he would be taking part in a stunt for the audience.
When asked by the host who she wanted to dunk in the 'splash tank' she immediately responded: ''I don't have to think about it. My son is here and I want him in that tank.''
The youngster was covered in a few gallons of water but the prank certainly paid off, as it was done to raise $10,000 for breast cancer awareness.
Despite Madonna giving her son the opportunity to dance on stage and DJ during her 'MDNA' tour, he revealed to Ellen his pop star mother is actually a strict parent.
Rocco said: ''She's a good mother. Yes. That's all I have to say. She's very strict but in a good way.''
When probed by Ellen on whether he had seen his mother's more risque dance routines, Rocco sheepishly replied: ''I actually don't see that.''
Madonna's 16-year-old daughter Lourdes recently revealed she has been a part of her superstar mother's world tour - she has a job folding her knickers backstage.
Lourdes wrote on her blog: ''This summer I was surprisingly productive. So, I thought I would tell you all about the joys of folding underwear. As you probably know this woman I like to call my mother went on tour for her 'MDNA' album. ''As a summer job I decided to work in the wardrobe department. All of my friends were getting summer jobs and I want! ed one too.''
