Madonna announces new album title: 'M.D.N.A.'
Pop icon Madonna has confirmed the title of her upcoming 12th studio album, M.D.N.A., set to release via Interscope later this year.
Madonna announced the album title during a taping of the UK's Graham Norton Show, which will air Friday on BBC One, and confirmed the news on her official website on Wednesday.
The first single from the album, "Gimme All Your Luvin" featuring rap artists Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., is set for release later this month ahead of Madonna's performance at the Super Bowl XLVI halftime show on February 5 in the US. The track leaked online in November to mostly positive reviews.
For the Super Bowl gig, Madonna has teamed up with her longtime choreographer and creative director Jamie King and performers from Cirque du Soleil. The set list reportedly includes the new single "Gimme All Your Luvin" as well as classic hits "Vogue," "Music," and "Ray of Light.
