Pop icon Madonna was more than a little pissed when her first new single in four years, Gimme All Your Luvin, leaked prematurely and quickly spread across the Internet. Madges manager, Guy Oseary, was vocally adamant on Twitter about trying to catch the culprit behind the leak repeatedly asking fans to respect the process and it appears Madonna and Oseary have made some headway.

Just before Christmas, a super-fan in Spain was busted for leaking and trying to sell seven new songs from her upcoming album onto the Internet, but according to The Sun, Madonna believes the realperpetrator is someone close and perhaps within her own inner circle. A source touched upon the matter with The Sun, saying, He has been arrested but theres a much bigger picture. The source of these leaks comes from within Madonnas camp.

The source continues to claim that individual tracks were being exchanged for well over $1,000 and that hundreds of hours of Madonna footage have been obtained through illegal means for upwards of tens of thousands of dollars. This is all in addition to the many un-retouched pics that surfaced of the pop star last year.

It is all part of the same deal made by a few unscrupulous characters to line their pockets, claims the source. Given the nature of some! of the leaks (personal footage of Madonna, early unfinished song demos), the likelihood that the leaks are starting somewhere very close to the star do seem highly likely.

Madonnas 12th studio album is expected to drop this March and shell make her big live return at the Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show on February 5, where shell reportedly perform her new single with featured guests Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. as well as classics like "Vogue" and "Ray of Light."
