Madonna flashes nipple to Istanbul crowd

There was no "malfunction" involved in this.

Madonna just decided to flash the crowd at her Istanbul concert Thursday night and video of it is making the rounds.

While performing her hit 1995 song "Human Nature," the singer began stripping off her clothes, first removing her white shirt, then removing part of her black lingerie. Finally, she simply pulled down her bra to give the audience a good look at her right nipple. (You can see it clearly in this YouTube video).
